Job Description No experience is necessary as full training is given to all new Care Professionals and will be refreshed throughout your career with us. We carefully match our clients and Care Professionals based on similar hobbies and interest. All of our calls are a minimum of 60 minutes so you will have time to deliver excellent standard of care and have time to enjoy getting to know your clients. Really importantly, Home Instead is the only Home Care company in the borough of Bromley who have been awarded 'Outstanding' by CQC. We pride ourselves with the quality of care we provide to our wonderful clients and the training and support we provide our lovely Care Professionals. Qualifications Responsibilities may include: Meal preparation and light housework Accompanying your client to appointments or a visit to the shops Assistance with self-care and taking medications Companionship and conversation Additional Information You will enjoy: £13.75 per hour weekdays rising to £14.25 after 6 months completed £14.30 per hour weekends rising to £14.85 after 6 months completed £27+ per hour bank holidays Paid holidays Company Pension Blue Light card discount Of course, your milage will be covered between client visits!
