We’re looking for compassionate Home Care Assistants in Workington to join our supportive team. In this role, you’ll be enabling people to live independently in their own homes while being treated with kindness, dignity, and respect.
Each day will bring something different — from sharing conversation and companionship, to helping with daily routines, personal care, or a trip to the shops. Every client has their own needs, and you’ll play a key part in supporting them in a way that suits them best.

Your responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care and day-to-day living tasks
• Offering reminders for medication and light household help
• Providing companionship and reducing isolation
• Full-day shifts between 07:00–23:00
• Alternate weekends off to maintain balance

What we’re looking for

• A caring, reliable, and flexible attitude
• Willingness to complete an enhanced DBS check
• Must be 18 or over
• A valid UK driving licence is essential
