JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Assistant to provide essential support to individuals in their homes. SKILLS

  • Experience in home care or similar roles is preferred.
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written, to ensure clear communication with clients and families.
  • Valid driving licence is essential for transporting clients as required.
  • Familiarity with developing and following care plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Basic IT skills for documentation and communication purposes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Understanding of care home environments is advantageous but not mandatory.

Responsibilities
