In this vital role, you will deliver personalized care to our clients, assisting with daily activities and ensuring their comfort and well-being. Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support. Provide specialized care for clients with Alzheimer's disease, dementia, or other cognitive disabilities, ensuring safety and comfort. Operate manual handling equipment such as Hoyer lifts safely to assist with resident transfers. Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs while maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area. Strong knowledge of dementia care, memory care, geriatrics, and behavior management techniques. Ability to perform safe patient lifting practices and manual handling with proper technique. Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and teamwork within multidisciplinary settings. Ability to operate a standard passenger car safely for client transportation when needed.
