We are seeking a motivated and experienced Client Care Supervisor to lead our dedicated team of home support workers in your own dedicated geographic region in Wicklow. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of client care and support, fostering a positive and collaborative environment, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of client services.

• Supervise and support a team of caregivers, ensuring compliance with care plans and service standards.
• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of client needs and satisfaction.
• Coordinate scheduling and allocate resources effectively to meet client requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to client care and staff performance.
• Serve as a liaison between clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Address any issues or concerns promptly, fostering a culture of open communication and feedback.
