We are expanding our small but dedicated team with a flexible role designed for a proactive individual looking to grow within the healthcare and business admin sector.

Key Responsibilities Home Care & Assessment Support

  • Carry out initial care assessments for new clients (training provided)
  • Support with personal care visits when needed (driver essential)
  • Build warm, professional relationships with clients and families

Compliance & Admin

  • Assist with maintaining CQC compliance (policies, audits, training records)
  • Support with rotas and shift scheduling using care systems (e.g. CarePlanner, PASS, or Excel)
  • Help update and organise employee records, DBS, training logs, and care plans

Digital & Web Support

  • Update the company website and social media pages (basic WordPress or Canva skills a plus)
  • Support in creating care brochures, flyers, or presentations
  • Help with light IT troubleshooting and document formatting

IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • A female student or part-time learner seeking work experience in care and compliance
  • Friendly and confident spoken communicator – good on the phone and face-to-face
  • Comfortable using a computer, emails, and basic web tools
  • Willing to learn care admin and support the team with care visits when needed
  • Highly organised and able to manage time across care and admin tasks
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential
  • Basic understanding of home care, social care, or healthcare desirable (training provided)
