This role is pivotal in ensuring our home care services adhere to regulatory standards and company policies, helping us deliver the highest quality of care to our clients. RESPONSIBILITIES * Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal home care regulations. * Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance records and documentation. * Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to implement compliance initiatives. * Provide training and education to staff on compliance protocols and best practices. * Report compliance issues to management and recommend corrective actions as needed. REQUIREMENTS * Previous experience in healthcare compliance, preferably in home care settings. * Strong knowledge of healthcare laws, regulations, and accreditation standards. * Excellent organizational and communication skills. * Ability to conduct detailed audits and produce comprehensive reports. * Proficiency with compliance management software and Microsoft Office Suite. * High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in healthcare compliance is a plus.
