QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Business Administration Diploma (REQUIRED)
  • Previous office experience is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills.
  • Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in healthcare, home care, or scheduling is an asset.
  • Critical thinking skills are a must.
Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Assist with billing, HR processes, and scheduling of caregivers.
  • Answer phone calls and emails, ensuring prompt and professional customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records and update internal systems as needed.
  • Support the coordination of home care services and respond to client inquiries.
  • Participate in on-call duties as required to assist with scheduling and urgent matters.
