Benefits: Flexible schedule Opportunity for advancement Training & development Executive Home care of Fairfax are seeking an experienced Home Care Operations Coordinator to assist with day-to-day operational tasks for a growing private-duty, non-skilled home care agency. The ideal candidate has prior experience working at a home care agency and is comfortable working independently while managing scheduling, caregiver coordination, Hiring support and client communication. Qualifications: High School diploma or GED and 1-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of scheduling and/or health care preferred Requires proficiency in word processing and computer skills Must possess above-average human relations, customer service, and organizational skills. Must be able to work under time pressures and manage multiple demands simultaneously. Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills are necessary. Responsibilities: Scheduling & Staffing: Manage caregiver schedules and shift coverage, Handle call-outs and last-minute changes, Maintain accurate scheduling records Hiring & HR Support: Assist with caregiver recruitment and onboarding, Conduct phone screenings, Track compliance documents and certifications Client Intake & Coordination: Respond to inquiries from prospective clients, Schedule and support intake assessments, Maintain client files and documentation Administrative Support: Assist with office organization and coordination, Support leadership with operational tasks, Help improve systems and processes as we grow This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
