Job Title: Care Assistant – Home Care Provider (Driver Required)
Location: Reporting Location – Windsor, SL4
Coverage: Multiple locations (4–6 areas)
Contract Types: 2 x Full-Time Days, Part-Time Days, and Night Shifts

REQUIREMENTS

• Must hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to a reliable car
• Previous experience in care (desirable but not essential – full training provided)
• Flexible and adaptable to work across multiple locations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, person-centred care

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to join our home care team, providing high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes across multiple locations.
You will report to our Windsor SL4 office but work across approximately 4–6 locations, so a valid driving licence and access to your own car are essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living tasks
• Support clients with medication prompts and meal preparation
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Assist with mobility and ensure clients’ safety and comfort
• Maintain accurate care records and report any concerns
• Travel between clients’ homes within the assigned locations
