Sunlight Senior Care is seeking a dedicated and experienced Recruiting Manager to join our team in Lincoln, NE. In this role, you will lead and manage some aspects of human resources and oversee recruitment to support our mission of providing exceptional home care services to seniors. You will play a vital part in attracting, developing, and retaining talented team members who are passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of our clients. RESPONSIBILITIES * Manage the full cycle of recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of caregivers and administrative staff. * Oversee employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution processes to foster a positive work environment. * Coordinate training and development programs to ensure staff are well-equipped to deliver high-quality care. * Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR metrics. * Collaborate with leadership to develop workforce planning strategies that align with business goals. * Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry standards specific to home care services. REQUIREMENTS * Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the home care or healthcare industry. * Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Proficiency with HR software and applicant tracking systems. * Passion for supporting seniors and commitment to Sunlight Senior Care’s mission.
