POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Home Care Recruitment Team Leader to spearhead our recruitment and service delivery initiatives across a diverse portfolio of home care services. The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader with a minimum of 3 years of comprehensive experience in the home care sector, demonstrating a proven track record in service delivery, staff recruitment, training, client acquisition, intake assessment, and the strategic deployment of support workers.
This pivotal role will oversee four distinct service delivery accounts: general home care, veteran home care, the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP), and brokerage services. The ideal candidate will possess an in-depth understanding of the unique requirements and operational nuances of each of these programs and will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care while driving the growth and development of our dedicated team of support workers.
