We are looking for Registered Nurses to provide basic Home Care services for our clients in Darling Point , NSW.
As an RN your role will be to assist a diverse range of clients including aged, disability and high needs clients.

Your responsibilities:

• Companionship
• Understand and implement the Clinical Care Plan
• Personal care such as assistance with toilet, showering, dressing, grooming, and general hygiene.
• Wheelchair Assistance

Your requirements:

• Current AHPRA Nursing registration (ESSENTIAL).
• Have a current Police Check – Required
• Effective verbal and written communication skills with a customer service orientation
• NDIS Workers Screening or willingness to obtain
• Covid19 Vaccination with 1 Booster
• Proficiency in use of technology such as smart phones, email, and internet
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage time
• Drivers licence and car – Desirable
