• Build powerful relationships with referral sources in healthcare, senior services, and the community, keeping our referral database fresh and active.
• Drive growth by generating high-quality leads and referrals through CCC’s proven sales process—and converting them into loyal clients.
• Champion our services by promoting CCC’s home care and geriatric care management solutions to both new and long-standing contacts.
• Own your calendar by planning, scheduling, and leading high-impact sales meetings—by phone, email, video, and in person—while making the most of your time.
• Deliver results by tracking activity, providing weekly KPI reports, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Expand our reach using creative networking strategies that open doors and strengthen referral partnerships.
