That means building it, filling it when things go sideways, and making sure the right caregiver is in the right home every single day. You’ll find new caregivers, walk them through hiring, and make sure they are successful at Skylark. * Build and manage daily/weekly caregiver schedules * Fill last-minute callouts fast * Recruit caregivers: post jobs, screen candidates, schedule interviews * Onboard new hires: background checks, credentials, paperwork, system setup * Organize and facilitate new hire orientation — including the “what it’s really like” parts * Support Skylark operations with excellent computer and organizational skills. “You know what a good match looks like — and what happens when it’s wrong.” That’s why your caregiving experience matters to us.
