Description

Our Home Health program delivers in-home support services to our aged care customers to help them live independently, supported and empowered, within their own homes and communities.
We are recruiting Home Care Support Workers for multiple positions in Dapto and surrounding areas including -
Stream Hill, Wongawilli, Kanahooka, Horsley, Koonawarra, Cleveland, Avondale, Huntley, Mount Marshall, Haywards Bay, Yallah.

  • Contract Type: Permanent Part-Time or Casual (based on your location and availability)
  • $30.86 - $34.16 per hour (dependent on experience) + 12% super + travel allowance of $0.92 per KM + paid travel time

Your New Role

  • Help at Home: such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation etc.
  • Transportation and Personal Care: Experienced staff assist customers with appointments, shopping, social outings, showering, toileting, feeding etc.
  • Client Awareness: Building relationships with clients and their families, conducting client observations with ongoing support and training
  • Safety Practices: Adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our customers safe

Key Requirements

  • Current Australian Driver’s License and ownership of a reliable comprehensively insured vehicle
  • Flexibility and availability to work rosters between Monday to Friday
