ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Certificate III or higher in Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability, or a related field
• Working With Children Check
• National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
• First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid Australian driver’s licence and comprehensively insured vehicle
• COVID-19 vaccination (as required by health regulations)
• Australian work rights

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for compassionate and committed Care/Support Workers to join our South Coast team in Dapto | Wollongong | Shellharbour areas.
You’ll support people to live safely and independently in their homes, offering help that makes a real difference. You’ll also enjoy variety, flexible hours and meaningful work close to home.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Personal care (showering, dressing, toileting)
• Domestic assistance (cleaning, laundry, meal prep)
• Transport to appointments or social outings
• Companionship and emotional support
• Supporting people with complex needs (Autism, Bipolar, BPD, physical disabilities)
