REQUIREMENTS

• Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle for travel and client transport
• National Police Certificate (required)
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (preferred)
• First Aid & CPR (preferred)
• Working With Children Check (as applicable)
• Experience in aged care or supporting clients with complex needs is highly regarded
• Mature, reliable and compassionate personality
• Macedonian Speakers Preferred

• Assisting with personal care (showering, grooming, mobility support, medication reminders)
• Supporting clients with daily living tasks (light cleaning, laundry, meal preparation)
• Providing companionship and community access support
• Recording client progress and updates after each service
