Join the dedicated team at Lifes Good Services and Supports as a Support Worker focused on providing high-quality aged and disability care services. In this rewarding role, you will play a vital part in supporting the clients’ independence, well-being and quality of life in your care.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Assisting clients with daily living activities such as personal care (qualified applications only), meal preparation, and household tasks and transportation - appointments and shopping
• Providing emotional support and companionship to clients, engaging them in social and recreational activities
• Monitoring clients’ health and wellbeing, reporting any changes or concerns to the relevant parties
• Adhering to all relevant policies, procedures to ensure the highest standards of service delivery.
• Collaborating with the broader care team to coordinate and deliver integrated support
