As a Home Care Assistant, you will support clients in their own homes, helping them to live independently and with dignity. Your duties will include:

• Assisting with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
• Preparing meals and supporting with nutrition
• Administering or prompting medication
• Providing companionship
• Light household duties
• Accompanying clients in the community
• Provide basic support with physio lead exercises
• Assist managers to ensure care plans are kept up to date
• Promote independence and choice
