We’re looking for caring, reliable individuals to join our team of Community Care Workers. Whether you’re experienced or brand new to care, we’ll provide full training, paid induction, and ongoing mentorship to support your journey.

• Providing person-centred care and support in people’s homes
• Assisting with personal care, moving and handling, meals, and medication
• Offering emotional support and promoting independence
• Ensuring safeguarding procedures are followed and concerns are reported appropriately
• Working alongside colleagues, families, and health professionals to deliver quality care
