Our Home Health program delivers in-home support services to our aged care customers to help them live independently, supported and empowered, within their own homes and communities.
We are recruiting Home Care Support Workers across Sydney City and Surrounding areas including-
Eastgardens, Malabar, Maroubra, Banksmeadow, Botany, Daceyville, Lowe Howe Island, Mascot, Rosebery, Darling Point, Darlinghurst, Dawes Point, Double Bay, Edgecliff, Elizabeth Bay, Glebe, Haymarket, Millers Point, Paddington, Potts Point, Pyrmont, Rushcutters Bay, Sydney, The Rocks, Ultimo, Woolloomooloo, Bellevue Hill, Vaucluse.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Current Australian Driver’s License and ownership of a reliable comprehensively insured vehicle
• Flexibility and availability to work rosters between Monday to Friday

• Help at Home: such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation etc.
• Transportation and Personal Care: Experienced staff assist customers with appointments, shopping, social outings, showering, toileting, feeding etc.
• Client Awareness: Building relationships with clients and their families, conducting client observations with ongoing support and training
