Your opportunity Working Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:00pm (Can be flexible) As our Team Leader - Home Care at Woolooware Shores in Taren Point, you will lead a dedicated team of Care Workers and Domestic Assistants to deliver outstanding person-centred care and exceptional customer service. You will manage rosters, support staff development, and ensure seamless service delivery to seniors in our community. With integrity and resilience, you will: Lead and develop the team through coaching, feedback, recognition, and performance management Manage daily schedules, staff absences, roster gaps, and administrative reporting Escalate resident concerns, maintain stakeholder relationships, and promote safety and continuous improvement Provide direct home care services during staff shortages when required What you’ll bring You are a strong, supportive leader with excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills who thrives under pressure. You bring proven experience in aged care leadership and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will also need: Certificate III or higher in Aged Care, Community Services or equivalent Experience in community-based aged care services and direct care work Previous team leader experience in a busy environment Proficiency with systems and technology applications Valid NSW Driver’s Licence and comprehensively insured vehicle Ideally, you will also have: Strong decision-making and interpersonal skills in high-pressure settings Experience managing rosters and administrative tasks in aged care Why Anglicare?
