Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

We are seeking empathetic and dedicated individuals to join our team as support workers. In this role, you will be working with a a child in the DE7 area.
You will collaborate closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver personalised care plans tailored to each client. Your role is essential in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of the people you support, and you will have a meaningful impact on their lives by providing exceptional care within the family home.

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualities and qualifications:

  • Compassion and Empathy: A natural ability to connect with people, understanding the challenges faced by individuals with complex needs, and a genuine desire to enhance their quality of life.
  • Bespoke training is available for all packages.
  • Experience in these areas is preferable, but full training will be provided.
  • Care Experience: At least one year of general care experience is required, and experience in complex care is preferred.
  • Relevant Qualifications: An NVQ Level 2 or higher in Health and Social Care (or similar field) is desirable but not essential.
  • Reliability and Trustworthiness: The ability to maintain a high standard of care, respect confidentiality, and always demonstrate professionalism
