JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need of care. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of clients in various settings, including home care, nursing homes, and care homes. This role requires a nurturing attitude and the ability to respond to the unique needs of each individual.

SKILLS

• Proficiency in medication administration and understanding of medication management protocols.
• Experience in home care settings or similar environments is highly desirable.
• Ability to drive safely and responsibly, ensuring timely transport for clients.
• Knowledge of first aid procedures and emergency response techniques.
• Experience providing dementia care or working with individuals with cognitive impairments is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
• A commitment to patient care, demonstrating empathy, patience, and respect for individuals’ dignity.

Work Location: On the roa

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and general at home duties.
• Administer medication as prescribed and ensure adherence to medication schedules.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.
• Assist with mobility and transportation needs, including driving clients to appointments or activities.
• Monitor and document changes in clients’ health status and report any concerns to appropriate healthcare professionals.
• Implement care plans tailored to individual needs, including specialised care for those with dementia or other conditions.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks as needed.
