What You'll Do: Drive Revenue Growth – Lead your sales center to achieve (and exceed) ambitious monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals. Build & Lead Teams – Recruit, train, and mentor high-performing sales professionals who deliver results. Close Big Deals – Oversee and personally drive sales transactions from initial lead through financing, installation, and closing. Maximize Margins – Manage inventory, set pricing strategies, and ensure profitability on every deal. Sales Operations Mastery – Ensure flawless flow of contracts, lending documents, and sales processes. Customer Experience Champion – Create raving fans by delivering unmatched value and service to buyers and residents. Innovation & Growth – Implement creative sales and marketing strategies, from referral programs to online listings and model home presentations. Requirements What We're Looking For: Proven Sales Closer – You’ve led teams and personally crushed quotas in housing, real estate, retail, or related industries. Strong Leadership – You know how to inspire, coach, and hold a team accountable. Business Mindset – You understand margins, pricing, and how to maximize profitability. Excellent Communicator – Confident, persuasive, and relationship-driven. Organized & Focused – Able to juggle multiple deals, deadlines, and projects at once. Compensation & Benefits: $180,000 – $250,000+ potential first year (competitive base salary + aggressive commission + performance bonuses) Physical Requirements: Constantly sit, talk, or hear; Frequently use hands. Manual dexterity for handling paperwork and using office equipment. Clear vision and hearing for reviewing documents and communicating effectively. Capability to lift up to 10 pounds.
