This role is perfect for someone with strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to balance service with converting enquiries into confirmed jobs. YOUR KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Respond promptly to inbound calls, emails, and web queries (40-60 daily). Understand customer needs and recommend tailored EVSE charging solutions (hardware + installation). Guide customers through the quoting process and confirm quote acceptance. Accurately document details and handover confirmed jobs to the Projects team for scheduling and installation. Achieve or exceed monthly KPI’s, quarterly team KPI’s which include both input (calls, follow-ups) and output (sales revenue, conversions, inbound call) metrics. Maintain a clear and up-to-date record of customer interactions and pipeline activity. Represent EVSE with professionalism and enthusiasm in every customer interaction Qualifications Experience in customer service, administration, operations support, or other solutions-focused roles, with a strong customer-first mindset. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain information clearly and provide confident guidance. Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, enquiries, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying issues, improving processes, and maintaining data accuracy. Comfortable working with software platforms, web applications, CRM systems, shared inboxes, and Microsoft Office (particularly Excel). Self-motivated, collaborative, and willing to ask questions and seek clarification when needed. Experience with SaaS platforms, data management, or the EV charging industry is advantageous.
