Provide consistent care that promotes independence and confidence. Qualifications: Experience supporting children with special needs. Availability Weekday Late Afternoons/Evenings or Weekends. Strong communication skills and compassionate approach. Reliable transportation and weekend availability. Minimum age: 18; High school diploma or GED required. Pay Range: $21–$24 per hour
