Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
• Conduct in-home consultations to identify customer needs
• Recommend HVAC solutions that enhance comfort and efficiency
• Prepare and present proposals to homeowners
• Close sales and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
• Respond to client inquiries and provide after-sales support
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to generate leads

What We’re Looking For

• Previous sales experience preferred (HVAC experience is an asset but not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Cantonese/Mandarin is an asset)
• Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated
• Comfortable working in a commission-based role
• Goal-oriented with a positive attitude
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
