   Summary The Home Delivery Lead is responsible for ensuring the Guest and Vendors receive high level of support with regards to Home Damage Claims,  Vendor Billing, Delivery Routing, and Delivery Paperwork.   Essential Functions    · Receive Home Damage claim and respond to Guest and/or Vendor daily.  · Upload Home Damage claims into SharePoint claims folder.  · Process Home Damage claims as Release Forms are received.  · Maintain the Home Damage program assuring claims are current and guest are notified during process.  · Complete routing of guests sales orders utilizing DispatchTrack routing software  · Collect daily Control Form and calculate data on form.  · Enter data into Vendors billing worksheet.  · Compare data to statistic for accuracy.  · Process weekly reconciliation for Vendor Invoice.  · Respond to inquiries’ regarding times frames, Home Damage claims and Vendor invoice issues.  · Ensure all daily delivery manifests are accurate for load out  · Completed  · Maintain accurate and thorough documentation on all transactions.  · Act in a manner consistent with FDE Core Values.  · Participate in regular staff meetings. Daily huddles and required training.  · Other tasks and duties as assigned.      Nonessential Functions Train for additional Home Delivery Office Processes as they arise.      Schedule Expectations    · Number of hours per week 40.  · Schedule to be dictated by business necessity.       Education & Experience Requirements   · Prior experience in the furniture industry.   · High School Diploma or the equivalent.  · Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  · Basic knowledge of computer systems.   · Demonstrate ability to quickly adapt and learn new skills.   · Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.  · Demonstrate problem analysis and problem-solving skills.  · Demonstrate ability to work in a team environment.   · Ability to understand basic mathematical concepts.   · Weekend work may be required (Saturday and Sunday).
