Cleo Nanny Co is seeking a warm, energetic, and highly capable qualified primary school teacher to join a wonderful family and provide exceptional care and education for four children aged 5–11 years old.
This unique role blends home schooling with the nurturing and guidance of a professional nanny. You will be responsible for delivering the children’s education in line with their curriculum, adapting lessons to suit different ages and learning styles, and creating a stimulating and supportive environment.
Beyond the classroom, you will guide the children in household activities, outdoor games and sports, and essential life skills, helping them develop independence, resilience, and a love of learning.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Qualified Primary School Teacher with proven classroom or home schooling experience.
  • Confident managing multiple year levels in a home environment.
  • Creative and organised in planning lessons and activities.
  • Warm, patient, and able to build strong relationships with children.
  • Energetic and active, with a love for the outdoors.
  • Current Working with Children Check and First Aid certification.

  • Plan and deliver engaging home schooling lessons for four children aged 5–11.
  • Adapt teaching to meet the needs of different year levels and abilities.
  • Create a positive, structured, and inspiring learning space.
  • Involve children in age-appropriate household activities to encourage responsibility and teamwork.
  • Lead outdoor games, sports, and physical activities to promote health and wellbeing.
  • Teach practical life skills such as organisation, problem-solving, and social interaction.
  • Provide emotional support and model positive behaviour.
  • Communicate regularly with parents about progress, goals, and any areas for extra support.
