We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our IWPB team, working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage our highest value clients with professionalism, client focus and a broad understanding of the fundamentals of Home Finance policy are critical to the success of the business.
  • To acquire, develop and retain relationships with clients, working with the broader branch and direct teams to ensure achievement of the business performance measures and plan.
  • Accountable for the assigned outcomes and need to ensure it is effectively run in line with the Target Operating Model (TOM)
  • Acquire New To Bank (NTB) & Existing To Bank (ETB) clients in the UAE via effective contact strategy and delivery of the home finance sales process with a keen cross-sale awareness.
  • To process new mortgage applications in line with detailed lending policy, ensuring quality, efficiency and effectiveness of work processed, complying with agreed targets
  • Maximize customer satisfaction and business profitability by developing “Best in Class” Retail business, enhance and shape the customer experience while maintaining a balanced approach to risk & governance.
  • Deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of the market.

Requirements

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Graduate degree is mandatory to secure UAE visa and work permit
  • Proven experience in Home Finance services and/or retail sales experience or equivalent
  • Relationship management experience with high-net-worth clients
  • Strong technical skills in wealth management
  • Strong communication, client focus and influencing skills
  • Strong sales orientation, networking, and portfolio management skills
  • Sound knowledge of home finance products and services and the client relationship management system
  • Understanding of business banking client segment and wealth management products and services
  • Clear view on how to work with Compliance, Credit & Risk and Internal Control to ensure a balanced risk operating environment
  • Able to communicate well in English and local languages
  • Strong market knowledge of UAE property market and home finance offerings
