Key Responsibilities Hands-On ADL Support – Safely assist transfers, bathing, grooming, toileting, and mobility—always protecting dignity. Home Environment & Infection Control – Change linens, do light laundry, and maintain a hazard-free, sanitized space. Medication & Symptom Monitoring – Provide reminders, observe for changes, and document vitals or red-flag signs for your supervising nurse. What You’ll Need to Succeed Completion of a state-approved Home Health Aide program (HHA certificate). Minimum 1 year of paid home-health or hospice experience. Responsibilities
The Home Health Aide will provide hands-on assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) and maintain a safe and sanitized home environment. They will also monitor medication and symptoms, engage therapeutically with patients, and document care accurately.
