You will collaborate closely with our nursing department to ensure each patient receives the appropriate level of care, support, and attention.   Requirements: * High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required) * Valid Driver’s License/State ID * Reliable Personal Transportation  * Must Pass a Criminal Background Check (Required) * Must Be Eligible to Work in the United States (Required) * Experience as a Home Health Aide or Caregiver (Preferred)
Responsibilities
As a Home Health Aide, you will provide personal care assistance, companionship, and support to patients in their homes. You will also document daily activities and collaborate with the nursing department to ensure appropriate care.
