Join Our Team in McKeesport! Make a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults in your community. As part of our home care team, you’ll support adults aged 55+ in maintaining their independence by providing compassionate, in-home assistance with daily living activities. Your care helps participants live safely and comfortably in their own homes. Responsibilities include: * Personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting) * Meal preparation and feeding * Light housekeeping * Occasional support in our day center Schedules Available: * Full Time: 7:00am-3:30pm Sun-Thur * Full Time: 12:30pm-9pm, Tue-Sat * Full Time: 12:30pm-9pm, Sun-Thur * Casual (minimum 16 hours per month) Compensation & Benefits: * Starting at $16.50/hour, more based on experience * $2,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time hires * Daily Pay Available – get paid when you need it Full-Time Employees Also Receive: * 4 weeks paid vacation + 7 paid holidays * Medical, dental, and vision insurance * Disability coverage * Retirement plan * Mileage reimbursement * Tuition reimbursement * Annual performance-based raises * Free uniforms What You’ll Need: * High School Diploma or GED * Caregiving experience preferred * Valid PA driver’s license and reliable transportation
