We are currently looking for a compassionate, organized, and team-oriented Per Diem Home Health Aide (HHA) to serve patients throughout the South Bay. Competitive pay: $60,000 - $70,000 (DOE) $5,000 sign-on bonus Per diem work with opportunities for career advancement Comprehensive Benefits (Per Diem) Paid Sick Time Flexible scheduling Responsibilities Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding. Assist with ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises. Use medical equipment safely and address patient safety needs. Monitor skin care to prevent tissue breakdown. Take and record vital signs. Follow established care plans and report changes to supervising nurses. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Valid California HHA License Valid California Driver’s License and reliable transportation Flexibility to cover a 15–25 mile radius Minimum 1 year of HHA or caregiving experience First Aid and CPR Certification High School Diploma or equivalent Caring, compassionate personality with strong communication skills Job Type: Per Diem Pay: $60,000- $70,000 DOE + $5,000 Sign-On Bonus This is NOT a contract position.
