OVERVIEW

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides to provide essential support to individuals in their homes. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by assisting with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, and promoting their independence. This position requires a caring attitude and the ability to work with individuals who may have various health challenges, including memory care and developmental disabilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in home care or healthcare settings is preferred.
  • Knowledge of medication administration and basic medical procedures.
  • Familiarity with working with individuals who have developmental disabilities is a plus.
  • Ability to lift clients safely and assist them in mobility tasks.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Compassionate nature with a strong desire to help others.
  • Basic understanding of medical records management systems is beneficial.
  • Certification as a Home Health Aide or similar qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
