The Arlington of Naples is recruiting for a hospitality focused per diem Home Health Aide (HHA) - Innovative Home Services to join our team! Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a HHA: Baths Oral hygiene Shampoos Changing bed linen Dressing and undressing clients Skin care and prevention of skin breakdown Toileting activities Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have: Has a completed a recognized Home Health Aide training program of 40 hours or has passed the IHS Home Health Aide competency test with a passing score. Has a current CPR certification. Has excellent observation and communication skills. Is self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision. Is flexible and cooperative in fulfilling obligations. Many roles in the community may require that we ask about your vaccination status. This could include MMR, chicken pox, hepatitis, flu and COVID-19 vaccine status.
