Overview We are seeking an On-Call Home Health Aide for our Assisted Living facility. AM/PM/Overnight shifts. Schedule: You are required to pick up 2 shifts every 30 days and 1 holiday a year minimum. Responsibilities The Home Health Aide is a key team member who provides direct personal care to our residents to help esure their dignity and quality of life. Under the supervision of a RN the Home Health Aide assists residents to complete activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, transfering, giving medications and feeding. Qualifications Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions, correspondence and documentation. Must be able to demonstrate proficiency, accuracy and competency in assistance with medication administration on a consistent basis. Ability to work independently and dependably to efficiently deliver care to meet residents needs. Ability to work with residents from diverse backgrounds.
