Job Details Salary Range: Undisclosed Indiana Masonic Home Compass Park is looking to add to our Home Health Aide Team. Compass Park is a vast 320-acre community in the heart of Johnson County adjacent to Indianapolis. It is a vibrant community through all seasons and a place of beauty, rich in tall trees and winding footpaths. This job is in Franklin, IN. Home Health Aide: Performs personal care activities, including but not limited to: Bathing Shampooing Skin care/nail care Oral hygiene Shaving Dressing Reports any observed or reported changes in the client's condition and/or needs to the Registered Nurse or Therapist. Follows reporting guidelines in the Care Plan. Documents care provided and completes the forms required for the client's records. Maintains confidentiality in all aspects of the job. Attends in-service programs to meet compliance requirements. Identifies learning needs to Agency supervisor.
