We are looking for an experienced, talented, and compassionate Home Health Aide Clinical Manager for a full-time leadership position supporting both our Home Health and Hospice programs. The Full-Time Home Health Aide Clinical Manager is responsible for the clinical oversight, coordination, and operational alignment of our Home Health Aide workforce. The Clinical Manager will ensure safe, high-quality, and compliant delivery of aide services while partnering closely with Intake, Clinical Managers, and Staffing to support timely admissions and continuity of care. What will you do: Supervise and provide clinical oversight of Home Health Aide services across Home Health and Hospice programs. Oversee workforce scheduling, deployment, and alignment with referral demand. Coordinate required supervisory visits in accordance with Medicare Conditions of Participation. Collaborate with Intake and Clinical leadership to support timely admissions and continuity of care. Lead hiring, onboarding, training, competency validation, and performance management of Home Health Aides. Ensure regulatory compliance with state and federal standards. Promote quality improvement initiatives and maintain survey readiness. Support interdisciplinary collaboration to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction. Contribute to operational planning and workforce development strategies. Qualifications: Must be a Nurse, OT or PT and have a valid license in MA Medicare-certified Home Health and/or Hospice experience required Knowledge of Home Health Aide supervision requirements and Conditions of Participation Minimum of 2–3 years of clinical experience Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred Experience working with electronic medical records What's in it for you?
