The Home Health Aide provides personal care, simple procedures as an extension of therapy services, ambulation, exercise, household, and shopping services essential to the health care of the patient at home. The Home Health Aide reports to the Home Care Clinical Manager and is supervised in each case by the Registered Nurse or Physical Therapist assigned to the case. Qualifications What is required... High School Diploma or equivalent One year of recent experience as a nursing assistant in a Medical/Surgical Unit or long-term care facility Basic Nursing Assistant class; current Washington State NAC license Current CPR card (maintenance required) Must have a current Washington State driver's license Must have automobile liability insurance Must have access to a reliable car for transportation to patient homes Additional Information Wage: Wage range currently starts at $19.43/hour and goes up to $29.45/hour. Actual wage will be based on years' of applicable experience. This position may qualify for an additional 15% premium in lieu of benefits. FTE: Per Diem Benefits: This position is not benefits eligible Union Status: This is a non-union covered position Compensation: USD 19.43 - USD 29.45 - hourly
