Job Details Job Location: Amberwell Downtown - Atchison, KS 66002 Position Type: PRN (As needed - no set schedule) Education Level: Other Travel Percentage: None Job Shift: PRN - As Needed, no set Shift Job Category: Nursing - Hospital JOB DESCRIPTION: The Home Health Aide is a key member of the Health at Home team. The home health aide will work under the direction of the Director of Health at Home. The home health aide position will be responsible for the care of elderly, convalescent and disabled persons in the patient’s home. Duties may include but are not limited to: Able to work as a member of a team and independently. Understand and follow safe work practices. Provide health care services in patients residences. Perform domestic and household tasks. Assist with patient’s personal care needs. Maintain patients care records and document provided services. Ensure that all Amberwell procedures are followed in accordance with established policies.
