Schedule: Full Time/ Days
Location: will travel or service around Trinidad to Redcrest area

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Provides personal care and related services in the home. Functions under direct instruction and supervision of an RN or therapist coordinating patient care.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Coursework/Training and Graduate of a Certified Home Health Aide training program.
• Upon hire: California Home Health Aide License
• Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 6 months of Home health aide experience.
