Home Health Aide (HHA) - Flexible Schedule, Weekly Pay, 1:1 Patient Care Make a Real Difference - One Patient at a Time Join a fast-growing home health team providing one-on-one care in patients’ homes. As a Home Health Aide (HHA) , you’ll help clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent — while building meaningful relationships every day. * Flexible schedule * 1:1 Patient Care * Supportive Clinical/Admin Team What You'll Do: * Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting) * Support mobility, transfer, and ambulation * Provide meal prep and feeding assistance * Give medication reminders (no administering) * Monitor and report changes to office nurse * Maintain a clean and safe home environment * Document care per agency standards * Travel to patient homes within assigned area What You Need: * Age 18 or older * 1 year of caregiving experience (within last 2 years) under RN supervision * Ability to follow care plans and document accurately * Reliable transportation * Ability to work independently in patient homes * Ability to lift 25 lbs * Willing to complete background check & onboarding Preferred (Not Required) * Active HHA or CNA certification or willingness to obtain certification * Home health or home care experience * CPR and Adult First Aid certification * Experience supporting seniors or medically complex clients * Experience working with dementia or memory care patients Why You'll Love This Role: * Flexible PRN scheduling - work when it fits your life * One-on-one care * Meaningful, relationship-based work * Opportunities to grow and gain certification What Success Looks Like * Patients feel safe, respected, and cared for * Reliable attendance and on-time visits * Clear communication with care team * Positive feedback from patients and families Ready to Appy?
