JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential assistance to clients in their homes, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in home health, assisted living, or long-term care is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
• Familiarity with catheter care and memory care systems is a plus
• Ability to lift and assist clients with mobility challenges
• Knowledge of home community care practices

  Pay: $13.26 - $17.00 per hour

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Help with meal preparation and medication reminders
• Perform light housekeeping tasks including laundry and tidying up
• Support clients with mobility assistance and transfers
• Monitor and report any changes in client’s health or behavior
