QUALIFICATIONS

  • Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skills
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation every day
  • You have a compassionate and supportive manner about you
  • Available to work the shifts you want, including nights and/or weekends
  • Prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment a plus but not required.
  • No experience but want a career in caregiving - We will train you.

Responsibilities
  • Be a companion to someone that is lonely.
  • Provide personal hygiene assistance and attend to your client’s basic needs.
  • Remind clients to take prescribed medication and assist clients with ambulation.
  • Help with mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks etc.).
  • Plan and prepare meals.
  • Complete client’s shopping or accompany them to successfully do so.
  • Perform housekeeping duties
  • Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
  • Offer activities that are essential for daily living by assisting clients so they can stay in their home!
