Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and referral sources to promote AdvisaCare's services. Conduct sales presentations and community outreach to increase awareness of home health and hospice services. Identify and assess the needs of potential clients and their families to provide tailored solutions. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective strategies and campaigns to drive service awareness. Track and analyze regional sales performance metrics to optimize sales strategies and achieve targets. Attend healthcare industry events and networking functions to promote services and build community relationships. Provide ongoing education and support to clients and families regarding services offered and their benefits. Proven sales experience in the healthcare field, preferably in home health or hospice services. Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and practices related to home care and hospice. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong drive to exceed sales goals. Ability to work independently and as a part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability. Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
