Check out the Great Place to Work link! https://www.greatplacetowork.com/certified-company/7044353 Key Responsibilities: Support the Director of Nursing in overseeing clinical operations and staff Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards Mentor and supervise nursing staff to maintain excellence in patient care Assist with care planning, case management, and quality improvement initiatives Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Requirements Current RN license in good standing Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) preferred.
