As a Home Health Business Development Liaison, you’ll be the face of Choice Health At Home in the community — developing strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, case managers, senior living communities, and other referral partners. Your work will directly help patients receive quality care in the comfort of their homes while contributing to the continued growth and success of our organization.
